The newco B-Sys shares a culture of growth of its assets thanks to the collaboration and integration of shared values between: 3Service and BlendIT’s IT System & Cloud division.
The goal is to share the peculiarities, experiences and commercial networks of both subjects and thus maximize the opportunities to face the markets with unique skills and with a solid structure behind them.
Enhanced Service Desk Area
Thanks to this new configuration, B-Sys strengthens Service Desk department for customer assistance for the entire BlendIT Group, made up of Service Desk technicians, first and second level systems engineers and senior specialists, also in outsourcing, who will be able to concentrate on improving services to our current customers.

Our goal is to give a better and integrated IT service suitable for today’s business with existing commercial teams that will grow over time. We are constantly working to ensure that our customers, from January 2022 managed by the company B-Sys powered by BlendIT, mature a cultural step to embrace digital culture more widely and increase awareness on security solutions to deal with new cyber threats.
